Kayley Liu is a Taiwanese-Canadian freelance illustrator and artist based in the Greater Toronto Area. She specializes in both digital and traditional media.

She strives to create works that embody a unique sense of style, experimenting with artmaking that combines the vibrancy of digital painting with the tentative fluidity of traditional techniques. Her works are characterized by fantastical and surreal imagery, predominantly carrying themes of self-exploration and embracing the authenticity of the self. These themes are stitched together as melancholic or wistful narratives told through whimsical visuals, decorative elements, and captivating compositions.
